Situace je velmi slo\u017eit\u00e1, uvedl Machyna pro TASR. N\u011bkter\u00e9 podniky p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed vypl\u00e1cet mzdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;P\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok bude t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd. Pr\u016fmysl je tahounem na\u0161\u00ed ekonomiky, pokud ten nebude m\u00edt dostatek zak\u00e1zek, tak ekonomika nevyk\u00e1\u017ee takov\u00fd r\u016fst, jak se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1,&#8220; konstatoval. Odbor\u00e1\u0159i jsou podle n\u011bj v predikc\u00edch r\u016fstu pesimisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e vykazuj\u00ed ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed statistiky. I z d\u016fvodu probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed v podnikov\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e v sou\u010dasnosti objevovat, prosazuje Machyna intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed restrukturalizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Osobn\u011b bych byl za to, aby se v\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edval trestn\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u00edk. Tak, aby dlu\u017en\u00edci byli v\u00edce postihov\u00e1ni, pokud se dok\u00e1\u017ee \u00famysl, \u017ee neplat\u00ed za sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky a cht\u011bj\u00ed po\u0161kodit v\u011b\u0159itele,&#8220; uvedl p\u0159edseda odborov\u00e9ho svazu. Odbor\u00e1\u0159i tak\u00e9 upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee m\u00e1 podnik p\u0159istoupit k restrukturalizaci a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed plat\u016f, tak by se na tomto procesu m\u011bli pod\u00edlet v\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnanci, v\u010detn\u011b managementu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firmy, ve kter\u00fdch m\u00e1 OZ KOVO sv\u00e9 \u010dleny, p\u0159istupuj\u00ed k tomuto probl\u00e9mu rozd\u00edln\u011b. P\u0159\u00edkladem \u0161lo nap\u0159\u00edklad veden\u00ed jedn\u00e9 firmy v Detv\u011b. &#8222;Zkracovaly mzdy plo\u0161n\u011b, ale management si je sn\u00ed\u017eil o 25% a zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm pouze o 20%,&#8220; podotkl vedouc\u00ed \u00faseku ekonomiky OZ KOVO Stanislav Tarnovsk\u00fd.
